ABN Cuff Double Pipe

The ABN Double Pipe Cuff is a two-tube blood pressure cuff for aneroid and desktop sphygmomanometers, where the inflation bulb and the gauge connect separately rather than sharing a single line.

Choosing a size

• Adult — fits arm circumferences of 254–406 mm (25.4–40.6 cm).
• Adult Large — fits arm circumferences of 343–508 mm (34.3–50.8 cm).

Measure the circumference of the upper arm at the midpoint between shoulder and elbow, and choose the cuff whose range contains that measurement. Cuff size is one of the most common causes of an inaccurate reading: too small reads high, too large reads low.
