Reuseable Hot/Cold Bags – Large

The Large Reusable Hot or Cold Gel Pack is a versatile and convenient tool that can be used for both hot and cold applications. Its size makes it easy to store in the freezer, ready for use whenever needed.

To use warm: Heat the gel pack in the microwave for a short period of time – we recommend heating for 50 sec, checking the temp, then heating again in 10 sec increments till warm enough. Wrap in a towel or cloth to act as a barrier, and apply it to the affected area for soothing warmth and relief.

To use cold: Store in the freezer until needed, remove and wrap in a tea-towel to act as a barrier between the pack and patient, and apply to the affected area. Place back in the freezer after use to reset.
